After years of studying exercise physiology, I have helped hundreds of men and women minimize their overwhelm when it comes to what exercises to do, and improve their confidence from the inside out. I’ve trained elite athletes, novice and experienced exercisers, and busy moms. I have a physical therapy background and emphasize the importance of mobility, how hormones affect our ability to lose weight, and fully understand how mental health works hand-in-hand with physical health.
