After years of educating women on health and wellness from the inside out, I’ve decided to compile and share in one place!
After completing my collegiate volleyball career and obtaining a BS in Exercise Science with a minor in coaching, I went on to receive my MS in Kinesiology. I’ve worked in corporate fitness, personal training, biometric screening & education, been a strength and conditioning coach, taught fitness classes, owned a gym, coached collegiate and club volleyball, and am in the top 1% of my wellness company.
I also help run a non-profit, Totes of Hope, with my mom who is a Cancer Warrior. We distribute chemo and radiation care-packages to hospitals and cancer centers across the US which include comfort items and a Jesus Calling.
Hi, I’m Taylor!
Revelation 4:8
I’ve gone through some of life’s toughest valleys and have learned healing doesn’t just take time… it takes working every day to be filled with the fruits of the Spirit. Seeing life through the lens of Jesus means we don’t work for an identity; we work from an identity.
I’ve also learned that being “healthy” is more than fitness. The fitness avenue has allowed me to explore and reach women in a gentle, caring, motivating way.
Rewiring our toxic thoughts and believing in ourselves again takes discipline and having a community around you to help you along your way.
That’s why I’m here. To build a strong, uplifting, empowering community and to be a light and resource for others who feel they’re in this health journey alone.
My pride and joy are my two kids, Palmer (7) & Porter (5). They’ve humbled me in the best way possible.
You can also join our community on Facebook in my free private group where I educate on all things health and wellness, or follow me on Instagram.
