No! Please e-mail, message, or text me anytime you need your membership stopped.
I do not reimburse if asked to stop after your charge date, but am happy to stop any time prior to that.

Absolutely not! All lifts have modifications and are timed, so you can go at your own speed!

I’d definitely have a set or two of dumbbells, mini bands, and a resistance band . A huge variety is not required, but if you want to progress quicker, I’d be on the lookout for more sets and heavier dumbbells!
