A TMH monthly membership will give you 6 workouts a week. You press play and workout WITH me! It’s like having your own personal trainer in your pocket!

Each week, you will have 3 lifting days that are specifically designed to increase lean muscle mass. I encourage progressively overloading as we complete a 4 week lifting cycle. The remaining 3 days of workouts are anything from tabatas and boot camps to yoga! I also have a bonus folder of dozens of workouts you can choose from as you please.
