Chia + Almond Encrusted Chicken

Ingredients

2-3 Chicken Breast, Sliced. Or Tenderloins

2 Eggs

2-3 TBS Chia Seeds

1/2-1 C Chopped Almonds

1 TBS Coconut Oil

Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

Slice chicken into strips and coat in egg. Roll in a mixture of chia seeds, crushed almonds, and everything but the bagel seasoning. Sauté in coconut oil 6-8 min per side.

SO good!
