Healthy Coffee Creamer
I have YET to find a healthy coffee creamer, so I started making my own and GUYS… It’s the BEST!
Ingredients
3 C Organic Almond Milk (Can use raw milk or your choice of organic non-dairy milk!)
2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
Instructions
Shake it all up together, froth 1-2 TBS in your coffee along with your favorite protein (NOT Premier Cafe’ Protein Shake🤦🏼♀️) and Creatine (trust me! if you workout you NEED creatine!) Can also add a little MCT Oil for a brain booster.
