Super Food Protein Balls

Makes about 20 balls depending on size
Ingredients
1 C sprouted oats
1 TBS chia seeds
Pinch of Himalayan salt
2/3 C unsweetened coconut flakes or shredded coconut
1/2 C chocolate chips
1/4 C + 1 TBS of raw honey
1/2 C + 1 TBS of Organic Nut Butter
1 TSP of vanilla extract
Optional: 1/4 C Protein Powder (Add a smidge more wet ingredients to ensure they still stick together!)
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together throughly.
2. Refrigerate the batter for 30 minutes to firm everything up.
3. Use your hand to roll the batter into small balls.
4. Store these in a covered container in the fridge or at room temperature for a quick and easy mouth popping! I also love storing them in the freezer as little “cookie dough” bites!
