You are enough.
I want you to pause for a moment. Breathe deeply. Let the noise around you fade, and hear this truth: You are enough.
You are enough even when you don’t feel like it. Even on your darkest days, you know, the ones when you don’t even feel like getting out of bed, you’re enough on those days too. You are enough, even when your heart has been hurt by someone you love and care about. You know those days when you stand in front of the mirror and don’t feel like yourself, you’re enough on those days too. When you’re exhausted, runoff your feet and didn’t finish everything you needed to that day, you’re enough then too. You are enough. You always are and you always have been.
In a world that constantly whispers that you need to do more, be more, achieve more—God speaks a different word over you: Rest. Rest in His love. Rest in the truth that you don’t have to prove your worth. You were created in His image, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Nothing can add to that, and nothing can take it away.
You may feel unseen, but God sees you.
You may feel unworthy, but Jesus gave everything to call you His.
You may feel like you’re falling short, but His grace is sufficient for you (2 Corinthians 12:9).
You are chosen. You are held. You are enough—not because of what you do, but because of who you are in Him.
So today, walk with confidence. Release the pressure to be perfect. Let go of the weight of comparison. And know that as you are—right now, in this moment—you are enough.
