Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
1-2 TBS Avocado Oil
Himalayan Salt
Pepper
Chili Lime Seasoning
2 Butternut Squash
2 Acorn Squash
1 Onion
4 Bell Peppers
2 Cloves Garlic
Instructions
Toss cut veggies in avocado oil, Himalayan salt, pepper, TJ everyday seasoning, and TJ Chile Lime (the Chile Lime MAKES this).
Roast 2 butternut squash, 2 acorn squash, 1 onion, 4 bell peppers (all colors), and 2 cloves of garlic @ 400 for 45-60 min.
Blend roasted veggies & chicken broth (to desired consistency)
Freeze extra!
