Splitting up your days for lifting is super important to excel your progress + muscle recovery.

Here are some of my favorite muscle splits:

  1. Chest/Tricep

  2. Cardio Intervals/Mobility

  3. Back/Bicep

  4. Core/Mobility

  5. Legs/Shoulders

  6. Cardio Intervals/Mobility

  7. Active Rest

Another example:

  1. Hamstrings/Glutes

  2. Shoulders/Chest/Biceps

  3. Quads/Calves/Core

  4. Back/Tricep

  5. Hamstrings/Glutes

  6. Intervals/Core

  7. Active Rest

FYI: Doing HIIT every single day will completely plateau your progress. Our bodies are meant to have proper recovery time and doing high intensity interval training every day can jack with your hormones. Balance is key here.
