What motivates you to workout?
Here are my tips:
I have the coffee brewed when my alarm goes off so I instantly smell it and am motivated to go grab a cup and wake up. I always keep a glass of water next to my bed so I can drink the before my feet touch the floor.
I have an accountability partner or group so I can rely on them for extra motivation!
I have a PLAN. A plan that is longer than a week or a few weeks. If I have a plan, I’ll stick to it.
Set GOALS. And no, I don’t mean weight loss goals. Stay off the scale. Set qualitative goals such as fitting into a pair of jeans better, etc.
After 8 or so weeks, reevaluate your goals and set new ones. Change up your workout regimen.
Join classes or fitness memberships! It’s way more fun to do this with others!
LIFT! Seriously. Just lift. You’ll get 100x more bang for your buck.
Get your playlist ready the night before along with your clothes.
